It used to take me 2+ hours a week to onboard new coaching clients. 😅

That was until I got sick and tired of manually creating the same client folders, uploading their contracts and sending out welcome emails. How frustratingly boring.

What's worse is that outsourcing this to a VA simply sucked up their time when really, this task could've been automated.

Quick Maths

For those who think 2 hours isn't a lot of time to onboard a new client…you're wrong.

VA = $10/hr.

If you sign 5 clients a month, that's 10 hours spent on onboarding.

Your VA is now costing you $100/mo just to get new clients set up in your system.

So I set out to create a Zapier automation that would eliminate the need for my VA or I to be involved with manual onboarding ever again.

Enter my New Client Onboarding Zap.

This automation will:

• Create new folders for your client
• Upload their contract to their folder and your company's for record-keeping
• Add them to your email platform or CRM tool
• Notify your team in Slack
• Create tasks in ClickUp (for testimonials, welcome pack etc.)
• Shoot off a welcome email
