Your excuses won’t pay the bills.
Your excuses won’t put food on the table.
Your excuses won’t land you that job interview.
Your excuses won’t get you the grades you desire.
Your excuses won’t start that business.
Your excuses won’t write the book.
Your excuses won’t fix your relationships.
Your excuses won’t curb your addictions.
Your excuses won’t help you drop that extra body fat or make you gain muscle.
Your excuses won’t tick off your bucket list items for you.
Your excuses won’t get you that date with your crush.
Nobody has time or energy to hear your excuses.
More importantly, you don’t have time or energy to expend on your bullshit excuses any longer.
You can have results or excuses, but you cannot have both.
The good thing is that you always have a choice.
You could continue to make excuses for your lack of success, money, fulfilling relationships, job prospects, business or personal failures, addictions, weight or grades — and see if that changes any of your circumstances.
You could choose to take 100% responsibility for your life, your choices and your actions moving forward from this point onwards.
No more blaming your boss, your spouse, your friends, your bank account or the government.
No more playing victim.
You could choose to acknowledge your current circumstances and forge an actionable path forward — without the need to continually bitch, moan or complain about all your mistakes and failures.
Instead, you could choose to let go and leave them all behind.
What will you choose to do today?
