Hello!
Welcome to my digital home.

My name is Ryan.

Consider ryandrake.com my lil' online experiment, documenting my pursuit of inspiring and impacting millions while living a life I absolutely love. I am hell-bent on creating change and igniting the light within others, so that they may shine bright for themselves, at work and in their relationships. I love supporting individuals in taking ownership and personal responsibility for the lives they wish to create.

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.” – Marianne Williamson

Hands down, my favourite quote on the planet. I believe deeply in the human spirit and our ability as individuals to rise from ashes and to create a life for ourselves where we thrive: physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and financially. Success, to me, isn't about whether you have millions in the bank (though that's not a bad thing to have!), but to be able to place your hand on your heart and ask yourself, “Am I truly happy?” and to be able to answer back honestly, “Yes!”.

author. speaker. coach. vegan. lover. nerd. traveller. enfp.

I love what I do – supporting others in stoking the flame within, to unlock the potential lying dormant within, so that you can proudly and confidently stand in front of the mirror, reflect upon your life and declare happiness for yourself.

Born in Papua New Guinea, but moved to Australia when I was 5 and have since travelled quite a bit around the globe. Having the opportunity to see the world through two different lenses – where I grew up versus where I am blessed to live now – has given me a lot of perspective and insight into seeing the world differently. Compounded by the fact that I've lived in France and volunteered in Myanmar, meeting former child soldiers and trafficking survivors, has deeply influenced by own understanding and interpretation of humanity as a whole.

Growing up and seeing poverty first-hand moved me deeply. The thought that I had won the ovarian lottery, fortunate enough to be blessed with such loving parents and such a high standard of living, meant that I chose very early on in my life to life my life in service towards bettering humanity. This subsequently led me to spend a lot of my youth volunteering for various NGOs and non-profits, becoming a World Vision ambassador and was previously trained by Al Gore as a Climate Reality Project presenter. I absolutely froth on conversations about social justice, sustainability, veganism, poverty, the environment and conscious consumption.

I am absolutely addicted to learning new stuff. If you start talking to me about philosophy, psychology, business, food nutrition, science, human movement and spirituality, we're going to be friends! Those topics lights me up. I dropped out of university after falling asleep in business lectures and decided to be a student of life, which has meant that my education has come through lots of failure, work experience, self-guided learning and getting my hands dirty with launching businesses – not just reading textbooks and sitting an exam.

If I'm not working, in the gym or reading, I love exploring and adventuring with friends. I'm talking late night walks, 2 AM conversations about the universe, last minute road trips and searching for the newest vegan cafes around our city to feast at. Doing life with my favourite humans brings me so much joy.

I run events, such as INFINITExYOU, which is a powerful and transformative weekend, providing no bullshit personal and spiritual growth. Imagine conscious conversations around money, love, relationships, self-healing in a supportive environment that changes you at your core. I've published a book and some poetry on self-love and personal empowerment. I also coach a small handful of bad ass humans who are looking to level up in their lives.

That’s enough for now. I just wanted to bust out a few beats about who I am but no doubt you'll get to know me better online and throughout this site.

I'd love you to come and play with me on Instagram, connect on Facebook, tweet me or stalk my life on Pinterest.

I hope to connect with you soon!
